Child Safety Standards Policy

Fi-Fy is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all creators and users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child abuse, child sexual exploitation, or any activities that endanger minors online.

1. Prohibited Actions & Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing, sending, or listing content that:

• Contains or depicts Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
• Promotes, facilitates, or encourages child exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
• Attempts to groom, contact, or solicit minors for sexual or harmful purposes.
• Features minors in inappropriate, dangerous, or sexually suggestive contexts.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities targeting minors.

2. Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter any content or user behavior on Fi-Fy that you believe violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately. You can report by:

• Using the in-app reporting/blocking features on creator posts and chat panels.
• Sending a direct email to our dedicated safety and moderation team at contact@fi-fy.com or our developer contact kim71778600@gmail.com.

When reporting, please provide the creator's username, links, screenshots, or any context to help our moderation team act swiftly.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

We review reports round-the-clock. Upon detection or receipt of a child safety violation report, Fi-Fy will immediately:

• Remove the offending content and permanently terminate the associated user account.
• Ban the user's IP address and hardware identifiers from registering future accounts.
• Preserve relevant transaction history, logs, and account records.
• Report the incident, along with all identifying details, to NCMEC and international cyber police authorities.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Fi-Fy actively cooperates with global law enforcement agencies, cybercrime divisions, and advocacy groups. We will share user data and account records when requested via valid legal processes to support the investigation and prosecution of child safety offences.
